Description
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), melatonin. capsule (gelatin).
TRADITIONAL USE: Improves the symptoms of jet lag (fatigue, insomnia, headaches, irritability, decreased immunity) and difficulties falling asleep. Increases sleep quality. Mild hypotensive, sedative and
muscle relaxant. It has antioxidant activity.
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 capsule a day with a sufficient amount of water, after having eaten some food between 1 and 2 hours before going to bed. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep.
PRESENTATION: 30 capsules of 451.9 mg.
