Description
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), passionflower (Passiflora incamata L.), Capsule (gelatin), melatonin.
TRADITIONAL USE: Improves the symptoms of jet lag (fatigue, insomnia, headaches, irritability, decreased immunity) and difficulties falling asleep. Increases sleep quality. Mild hypotensive, sedative and
muscle relaxant. It has antioxidant activity.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Take 1 capsule a day with a sufficient amount of water, after having eaten some food. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin, shortly before going to sleep.
PRESENTATION: 60 capsules of 450 mg.
