Description
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), anti-caking agents (gum arabic and silicon dioxide).
TRADITIONAL USE: Anxiety states and associated disorders such as insomnia and nervousness. Relaxes smooth muscle, reducing spasms. May cause drowsiness.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 2 to 4 tablets a day with a sufficient amount of water, divided into two doses. The last 1 hour before bedtime. You can add a dose in the morning or at
